Carlos Parra of Del Norte made the second team all-state team in Class 2A last year and is the lone all-state returnee in the division. Stats have not been posted for his first three games but the lefty helped the Tigers place second at the Centauri Tournament last week. The Tigers lost in overtime to Centauri 66-59 in the tournament finals. Parra next lines up at the La Junta Holiday Tournament this weekend. He averaged nearly 20 points, six rebounds and three steals per game as a junior and is the lone returning starter for the Tigers this year.
